We’re delighted to share that SuperAwesome has been recognised as one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2025!
This is a meaningful moment for us – not just because it’s an honour to be acknowledged, but because it reflects something we care deeply about: building a company where people can do their best work while feeling valued, supported and like they belong.
At SuperAwesome, our mission has always been clear – to build a safer internet for the next generation. But doing that well starts with how we show up for each other every day. Creating technology that protects kids and families around the world is only possible when our own people feel excited, empowered, and able to be themselves.

That’s why we’ve invested in things that go far beyond policies and perks. We’re proud of initiatives like BeYou, our employee-led program focused on belonging and inclusion, and our employee resource groups, which give space for connection, advocacy and community, such as our Mental Health Champions and Culture Crew. It’s why we’ve built flexibility into how we work, whether that’s through our remote-first approach or company-wide break, where we close the business for a collective rest and recharge.
We’ve also prioritised growth and recognition – with clear growth frameworks, an open approach to career conversations, regular feedback opportunities and dedicated support from our learning partners. And, of course, we make time to celebrate together with team offsites, social events and bi-annual awards, where we spotlight the colleagues who inspire us every day.

Being named a Campaign Best Place to Work isn’t about being perfect (we know there’s always more to do). However, for our leadership team, it’s about the intentional work of creating a culture where everyone can thrive. We’re grateful that this ethos has been recognised externally, but even more grateful to the people inside SuperAwesome who make it a real, fun, and welcoming place to be!
This recognition belongs to every member of our team – thank you for all you bring every day. Here’s to continuing to build a workplace and an internet where the next generation can feel safer and more empowered.
