Our people are at the heart of what we do at SuperAwesome and the driving force behind our growth and success. We value our culture as the lifeblood of our business and work hard every day to maintain this as we continue to grow and scale our team. We’ve had many on the team progress from junior roles to senior positions during their time at SuperAwesome.

We offer private healthcare to all employees and two volunteer days per year to give back to the community where it matters to you. We run a monthly Wellness & Culture Calendar which includes initiatives such as free yoga and spinning pop-ups, free massage days and meditation time in our Wellness Rooms. We’re also a company that listens to you! We run regular engagement surveys to ensure everyone has their say, we act based on the data we gather to ensure we all help shape our future together.
