At SuperAwesome, we’re proud to be recognised as one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work in 2025 – but we know that kind of recognition doesn’t happen by accident. It’s all down to the brilliant people who bring our mission to life every day.
To celebrate the team at the heart of our success, we’ve launched ‘Life at SuperAwesome’ – a content series that spotlights the incredible individuals who make this such a special place to work. Through their stories, we’re diving into what they do, what drives them, and how they bring their passion to work (and beyond).
Stay tuned as we share what makes SuperAwesome truly awesome – one team member at a time.
We sat down with Whitney Tank, our North America Account Management Lead, to talk about her time at SuperAwesome so far. Whitney spoke to us about having recently enjoyed working on reporting dashboards powered by our audience data and recommendation platform Awesome Intelligence. She also talked about spending time outside of work with her family, either exploring breweries and restaurants, on their boat on Forked River, or at a Mets game.
Can you describe your role at SuperAwesome?
I am the North America Account Management lead at SuperAwesome. This role is a player-coach role, where I lead the North America Account Management team by helping them identify areas of growth and development, while also problem-solving and setting the team up for success. I also run campaigns or assist where I can to bring the best-in-class service to our key customers by bringing their campaign goals to life, all while exceeding performance benchmarks.

You’re coming up to a year in your role now, what’s been your favorite project so far and why? Who did you have to work with?
I enjoy working with Hannah Grant, Senior Product Manager, and Beth Culhane, Product Marketing Lead, refining Awesome Intelligence reporting dashboards, visuals, and slides for post-campaign analysis. We started in Q4’24/Q1’25 by looking at historical campaign analyses to inform RFP submissions and reinforce audience targeting. More recently, we have run successful campaigns and are continuing to evolve our end-of-campaign reporting.
Tell us about something you’ve had to learn in your role so far?
Multitasking and prioritizing the different facets of my role. My priorities will shift between customer-focused tasks and team-focused tasks. This has taught me to ensure everything is running smoothly, and we are delivering outstanding campaigns for our clients, and the team is set up for success.
What would you say is the best thing about working at SuperAwesome?
The people! I love working with and learning from the best. Everyone at SuperAwesome is always willing to share their knowledge and take the time to teach other teammates something new.

Tell us a bit more about YOU! What do you do in your spare time outside of work?
I spend a lot of time outside of work with my family: my husband Matt, daughter Sophie, and pup Ellie. We spend a lot of our time with friends and family, nieces and nephews, exploring breweries, restaurants, and new spots to explore in Jersey.
This summer, we have spent a lot of time down the shore, usually on our boat in Forked River if the weather cooperates, and we try to spend a week or two down in Cape May for some quality family time.
When we’re not down the shore, you can catch us at a Mets game.
What’s one work goal of yours for 2025? How do you plan to achieve it?
This year, a key goal of mine is to continue to find new ways to infuse data and intelligence into post-campaign learnings and analysis. Whether it’s our insights team sharing “insights of the week” or we’re collaborating with the CSA team on RFPs or post-campaign performance, we are always pushing ourselves to expand our knowledge and provide our clients with insightful and informed recommendations.
