We value our culture as the lifeblood of our business and work hard every day to maintain this as we continue to grow and scale our team. We believe in offering opportunities to learn and grow every day at SuperAwesome. Our culture allows us to move fast, collaborate and adapt in order to ensure we own our personal development and continuously focus on our mission of making the internet safer for kids. You’ll have access to mentorship from our senior leadership team and continuous learning and development opportunities.  We’ve got a strong track record in developing great people and have had many on the team progress from junior roles to senior positions during their time at SuperAwesome. We provide continuous challenges to ensure you get the most from working with us. 

We love to have fun and party in style when we need to (check out our Instagram!) but importantly, we really care about wellbeing.  We offer private healthcare to all employees including mental health support. We run a monthly Wellness & Culture Calendar which includes wellbeing initiatives such as free yoga and spinning pop-ups, free massage days and meditation time in our Wellness Rooms. We also offer every team member two volunteer days per year to give back to the community where it matters to you. 

We’re also a company that listens to you! We run regular engagement surveys to ensure everyone has their say and we act based on the data we gather to ensure we all help shape our future together.
