Five years ago, SuperAwesome was five people in a room in the middle of London. At the time of writing, we’re now 134 people across London, NY, Chicago, LA and SF dedicated to making the internet safer for kids. If you’ve spoken to anyone who works here, you’ll probably know we think of SuperAwesome as a university, offering our team both personal and professional development opportunities wherever we can.
As part of that commitment, we’re incredibly pleased to announce the appoint of Sheenagh Rogers as our Global HR Director.
Having worked in extremely fast-paced environments across both public and private companies over the last 15 years, Sheenagh brings a perfect mix of experience to SuperAwesome. Most recently she served as Head of HR at Paddy Power Betfair through their 2016 merger. Prior to that she worked at Beats by Dre, leading People and Culture in Europe through their acquisition by Apple.
Sheenagh said, “I’m very excited to be joining SuperAwesome to support the expanding global team. It’s rare you find such a genuinely mission-driven company and I think it’s helped create a very special culture. Being the leader in an entirely new sector is never easy and presents a fascinating set of challenges for every discipline, from product development to sales. I’m really looking forward to being part of the team”
